Keto, OMAD, 1200 calories average about 100 grams of fat per day. Monday through Friday. I enjoy my weekends, #fatsaturday (I know, not everyone can do it and I'm sure I will get flamed for it). 260lbs to 190lbs. Fat pounds went from 104lbs to 58lbs in one year. Still going at it, I still have a long ways to go.
