225 to 165 On Keto and IF

I went from 225 to 165 since December 2020 and i am going for 150. I am 5'7 height. This is the second time I've done keto and IF in 4 years, both times I lost over 55 pounds. I will try to make this one the last time. I do One meal every other day except weekends. Keto is important but the magic happens on the fasting. If you are fasting do not exercise since it will make you hungry. In Omad you dont need to do heavy exercise. My workouts were walking, pushups and abs very lightly.
