20 pounds in 4 months, and 7 months postpartum with baby #3! Woo HOOOO! I broke past 150 - now 149 pounds which I haven't been since baby #1. YESSSSSSS! I think the thing that helped me the most was understanding that my body metabolism wasn’t working optimally- the wheatgrass juice powder probably helped my metabolism the most!
