Never thought I would actually admit this...
Starting wt (2/14/18) - 278lbs, 43% body fat Current wt (12/16/18) - 208lbs, 26% body fat
*10 months -70 lbs and 17% body fat gone!*
On Valentine's day this year, I was at my heaviest weight EVER. I can't even describe how I felt when I saw that number on the scale. My health was poor, and I just generally felt like crap most of the time. That day I made a vow to LOVE myself enough to make a change!! My doc had just released me to start working out again, so I stepped back into the gym after being gone for 2 years. I also started a low carb diet, then 6 weeks later transitioned to the Keto lifestyle (very low carb, high fat). I'll be honest, my workout routine has been seriously lacking and quite inconsistent. I still have physical health issues that have gotten in the way, so I give most of the credit for my transformation to the way that I EAT.
So thankful that I found what works for me!! Valentine's day 2019 is only about 8 weeks away! So I decided to set some goals.
My 1 year goal
*Lose at least 10 more lbs so that I'm finally back in One-derland (less than 200lbs)
*Reduce body fat so that I'm in the normal range (less than 25%)
*Strength train 3 times per week
*Cardio at least 2 times per week
