Hi, I would like to encourage women over 50 with hypothyroidism to organize their life around a ketogenic diet as priority #1. Thanks to Dr. Berg's information on Youtube, I lost 20 pounds in one month but the most amazing change is in the clarity of mind and emotional stability. This diet combined with exercise and Intermittent Fasting allowed me to calm down the anxiety and ease up depression I was long suffering from for years. Yes, I have benefited from your content, Dr. Berg, and this is my response to the request to share.
