This wrap has turkey, cheese, onions, mayo, and of course, bacon. But, what it doesn't have is bread! These wraps are completely keto-friendly and super tasty.
This turkey club wrap is a fantastic keto alternative to traditional sandwiches, especially if you're new to the keto diet and are used to having sandwiches regularly. Some people who are new to the keto diet don't know where to begin. These wraps are a perfect and simple place to start. Replace the bread with your favorite type of lettuce and enjoy!
Note:
There are no measurements in this recipe because we want to give you the freedom to make as many as you’d like! We have found that for each wrap, a few slices of meat and one slice of cheese work best, due to the size of the leaf. You can adjust the quantities of ingredients to your personal preferance.
Ingredients:
Sliced turkey
Slow-cooked bacon
Cheddar cheese
Mayonnaise (here we use Chipotle mayonnaise from Sir Kennsingtons)
Thinly sliced red onion
Instructions:
Take a leaf from the lettuce head and layer sliced turkey, cheese and bacon on it. Add a dollop of mayonnaise and top with thinly sliced red onion.
Fold in the sides of the lettuce leaf (if iceberg) and roll up. Do not wrap up if using romaine lettuce.
