This is a super tasty keto recipe. It's a white fish in a creamy lemon sauce. You can use any hardy white fish, so use your favorite! If you're looking for a main dish, you've got to try this recipe out. We also use parsley in this dish. What's interesting about parsley is that it's used simply as a garnish in many recipes, but it may actually be the healthiest thing on the plate! Parsley has a certain phytonutrient that has potential anti-cancer properties. It's healthy. It's fast. It's simple. Give it a try!
Ingredients:
2 large white fish fillets (here we use Barramundi, but you can use any white fish)
4 Tbsp unsalted butter
¼ cup heavy cream
5 cloves of garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1½ Tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1½ Tbsp minced shallots
parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the cream, butter, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper to taste, and garlic. Mix until the butter is melted, for about 3 minutes.
Lightly grease a baking dish with butter or olive oil and lay your fish in it. Top with onions and the cream sauce.
