You can find wraps at so many restaurants now, but why eat out all of the time if you can make a tasty wrap at home!
These keto buffalo chicken wraps are a fantastic alternative to traditional sandwiches with bread. They have chicken, bacon, cheese, keto ranch, and buffalo sauce. What's not to like?
Note:
There are no measurements in this recipe because we want to give you the freedom to make as many as you’d like! We have found that for each wrap, a few slices of meat and one slice of cheese work best, due to the size of the leaf. You can adjust the quantities of ingredients to your personal preference.
Ingredients:
Seasoned grilled chicken breast, sliced thin
Slow-cooked bacon
Buffalo sauce
Keto ranch dressing (here we use Primal Kitchen)
Cheddar cheese slices
Iceberg or romaine lettuce
Instructions:
Take a leaf from the lettuce head and layer cheese, bacon, and chicken on it, then drizzle the ranch and buffalo sauce on top.
Fold in the sides of the lettuce leaf (if iceberg) and roll-up. Do not wrap up if using romaine lettuce.
