Onion - ¼ cup
Tomato - ¼ cup

Avocado - ½ medium avocado
Olive oil - 1.5 tablespoons
Lemon - ½ medium

- Chop onion, tomato, avocado Mix lettuce/vegetables with olive oil and the juice of ½ lemon.
